Midnight Transit is a high-energy rock n' roll band with a mission. Led by frontman Dylan Chambers, the son of legendary musician Lester Chambers of The Chambers Brothers, the band's music is influenced by Foo Fighters, Rage Against The Machine, Pearl Jam, and The Rolling Stones. Dylan Chambers has been performing since four years old on stages including BottleRock, Oracle Arena, The Troubadour, Lincoln Center NY, House of Blues Los Angeles, and the 50th Anniversary of Woodstock. The band's lyrics reflect personal experiences and social justice issues, with Dylan's background as a Black man in America inspiring many of their songs. Their sound is characterized by powerful vocals, driving guitar riffs, and a tight rhythm section, with their debut album “Born To Rock” mixed and mastered by Grammy-winning producer/engineer Dave Way. Alongside guitarist Nick Millsap, and drummer/Grammy-Nominated producer Zach Nieman, Midnight Transit has been garnering recognition for their dynamic performances and hard-hitting sound, winning the Petaluma People's Choice Award and Best Rock Band in The Norbay Music Awards. Dylan Chambers is a vocal activist for African American rights. As a direct descendant of enslaved peoples, he traced his African American heritage all the way back to the first ships of the 1600s. Dylan continues to support the fight for righteousness, and has been featured on major news networks including ABC News, CNN, The San Francisco Chronicle, and BBC News. With their powerful music, refreshing message, and commitment to social justice, Midnight Transit is a band to watch in the world of rock and roll.
